relaxation eye pillows

eye pillowsI love making these pretty lavender and flax seed eye pillows as much as the children in my sessions love using them!

‘Ocular pressure (with eye bag) – Light pressure on bones around eyes triggers reflex that stimulates PNS (parasympathetic nervous system) to slow down heartbeat.’ Louise Goldberg – ‘Yoga Therapy for Children with Autism and Special Needs’

For those to whom relaxation and switching off does not come easily (yet), having a comfortable eye pillow to help keep the eyes shut and undisturbed by bright light can greatly aid their quest for stillness.

Each pillow is made from 100% cotton fabric chosen either by yourself or intuitively for you and/or your child by me.

The inner bag is removable allowing the outer to be washed easily. Adult pillows are selling at £7.50, children’s at £6.50

Please contact me if you would like to place an order and we can discuss the details then, thank you.

‘I was very touched by one girl who previously couldn’t shut her eyes and couldn’t be still and the eye pillow really helped! Lovely! They all wanted to try so thought good idea to get some more!’ – Lynne Wilkes, Mindfulness Teacher

  1. I read your article in Families mag. I love the sound of what you’re doing! When we next receive grant funding I’d like to buy 10-16 of your eye bags for children 🙂

Please take a look at our website – I’d like to consider Woodland Mindfulness sessions as part of our Family Wild Days – what do you think?

    Kind regards,

  2. Hi- do you need to microwave the pillows (we don’t have one)
Also… will you ever run a class near Surrey?
    Many thanks
